The managed hosting terms for Hermes Agent Hosting.
Provider. Hermes Agent Hosting is operated by anycast.io UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Hintere Strasse 125a, 90768 Fürth, Deutschland. Contact: secure contact form.
Service. Hermes Agent Hosting provides managed hosting for Hermes Agent. The product can include VM provisioning, browser access, model gateway configuration, backups, support, and dashboard management.
Customer responsibility. Customers are responsible for lawful use, connected channel behavior, content submitted to agents, third-party accounts, and compliance duties that apply to their own business or users.
Availability. Managed hosting depends on infrastructure, payment, model, email, and network providers. Maintenance, incidents, and provider outages may affect availability.
Billing. Plans are billed according to the package selected in checkout. Payment provider webhooks are required for reliable provisioning, renewal, cancellation, and recovery behavior.
Prohibited use. Customers may not use the service for unlawful activity, abuse, credential theft, unauthorized access, malware, spam, or activity that harms infrastructure, providers, or other customers.
